In 2018 I painted my first oil painting, “ACID!” I loved the concept but was too afraid of repetition to explore it more. 2026 has been an incredible year of art and creative exploration. Revisiting some of my favorite pieces and developing them into a body of work that’s representative of all I’ve learned and all that I am is both rewarding and cathartic.

MAYHEM! Holds space for the chaos and disorder of the present moment. It’s human, yet something’s slightly off. It feels light-hearted, yet also overwhelming: the constant theme of life in the Information Age. It’s a callout to the feeling of seeing videos of mass destruction and suffering sandwiched between influencer recipes and vegan memes. It’s all too much, not enough, and somehow satisfying?
